The chairman's of the Group has over the time acquired experience and skills insurance, being a fellow of various Insurance institutes in Europe and Africa. As one of the largest insurance services provider, Odogwu Group has extensive operations in and outside Africa.

The group owns the largest subscription of shares in various privately owned and public quoted stocks of insurance companies, underwriting all classes of business, including automobile, marine, aviation, oil and gas and life insurance in Nigeria.

Our testimonies of success have been recognition by various media companies internationally and locally. In 1990, the Chairman of Odogwu Group was called the Largest African property owner in the USA by the Wall Street Journal. Also, in early 2005, he was listed in a south-African property magazine as one of the biggest property owners in the South Africa. Since inception, Odogwu Group has been reputed to be amongst the biggest property owners in Nigeria.

• Lion of Africa Limited - 60% share holding
• African Prudent Insurance Coompany Limited - 100% share holding
• African Insurance Brokers - 100% share holding
• United African Insurance Brokers (with other Nigerian partners)
